Tryouts for our 2027 Cannons program are now being scheduled.  These teams represent Norfolk in Perfect Game New England.  The latest tryout information will be posted here, so please check back frequently.  Additional details on each age level will be provided by each manager, but the season primarily consists of off-season winter training and weekend games during the spring.  Practices during the spring are also worked in around the town spring season schedule.  Players selected for Norfolk Cannons must also play Norfolk Spring Baseball to be eligible.

Age level placement is based on a player’s age as of May 1st in a given year.  However, players who are younger but also the same grade are eligible to attend tryouts at appropriate level tryouts.  Example: 10U is for players who will be 10 by May 1st, 2027.  A player who turns 10 between May 2nd and August 31st who is also in 4th grade can opt to attend the 10U or 9U tryout.

Final roster selections are entirely at the discretion of the team manager.

Please feel free to reach out to the identified age-appropriate manager below with additional questions.  There is no need to sign up ahead of the tryouts – this will be done at the field.

Tryouts: Sunday, June 14th at 9am at Pond Street Majors Field.  Players can sign in at the tryout.

Tryouts: Saturday, June 13th at 9am at Freeman Kennedy Flex Field.  Players can sign in at the tryout.

Total Games: Approximately 20 consisting of double headers and away games

Roster: Approximately 11-12 with 2-3 alternates
